PGBSC Masters Waiver

The Prince George Barracuda Swim Club (“PGBSC” or the “Club”) wishes to make you aware of several points of the Master waiver as listed below.

By agreeing to the electronic waiver, you agree to sections 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the PGBSC Master Waiver as outlined below.

Once registration is complete and you have agreed to the PGBSC Master Waiver, you will receive a link to the PGBSC Master Waiver text in your confirmation email. In addition, the PGBSC Master Waiver text is available on the PGBSC website at www.pgbsc.org. Furthermore, you can review The Masters Swimming Association of B.C, RELEASE AND INDEMNITY, at www.msabc.ca.

Should you have any concern with the PGBSC Master Waiver as listed below, please bring it to the Club’s attention before agreeing to the policy. You may contact the Club’s Registrar at registrar@pgbsc.org, should you have any concern with the PGBSC Master Waiver.

5. DISTRIBUTION OF EMAIL
6. GENERAL INFORMATION
7. The Masters Swimming Association of B.C, WAIVER/RELEASE AGREEMENT
